Your order request
When you send an order request, SPYCE collects your name, email address, the phone number you choose to provide, your pickup location or shipping address, selected products and options, and any notes. We use these details to respond, discuss shipping and availability, and arrange your order. This website does not collect card details or process payments.
Contact enquiries
The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone number, subject and message so we can respond to your enquiry. Contact enquiries use info@spyce.au; order requests use orders@spyce.au. Pickup orders do not require a shipping address.
Where information goes
The website is hosted on Vercel. Submitted requests are stored in Supabase and enquiry and order notifications are sent using Cloudflare to SPYCE’s Gmail inbox. These services may process data outside Australia. We do not add you to a marketing list when you submit an order request.
Information on your device
Your selected items and quantities are saved in your browser’s local storage so they remain available when you return on the same device. Contact form details are not saved there. You can remove saved items on the order page or clear your browser’s website data.
Spam protection and service logs
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from automated submissions. Technical service logs may contain request metadata. A temporary hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions; order details and contact information should not be included in routine application logs.
Questions or corrections
To ask about your request, correct your details or request deletion of information no longer needed, contact info@spyce.au. Information needed to fulfil an order or meet record-keeping obligations may need to be retained.
